customers are required to register. CMP uses
registered personal information only for the
purpose described on each page and never for
any purpose other than that described. |

be requested to transfer limited personal information
as required to a third party. In such cases,

CMP provides the said information to stores or
sales shops or the contact name and address to
delivery companies in order to ship materials.)
Other than in the aforementioned cases, CMP shall
not disclose customers' personal information
to a third party unless prior disclosure consent
is obtained. In some cases, however, in an emergency
when life or human rights are at stake, or when
legally required, such as a in response to a
request by the judiciary (court of law) or police
office or as instructed by any other legal procedures,
CMP has the right to disclose customers' personal

Also, customers' personal information is protected

to third parties or reprogramming by third parties.
In cases where CMP out sources jobs to run a
website or use or administer the security of
customers' personal information, CMP rigorously
oversees the contracted company's handling of
customers' personal information. |
