Ship
bottom anti-fouling paints
SEA GRANDPRIX 1000/2000/CF-10
One of the best of all ship
bottom anti-fouling paints. Owing to its superb
anti-fouling effect and innovative long lasting
anti-fouling performance by hydrolysis, SEA
GRANDPRIX shows high performance efficiency
equivalent to tin-based paints. This is a new
generation paint. |
BANNOH-500
A variety of top coatings
can be applied and anticorrosive coatings can
be integrated. Not only a direct top coating
on an outside shell or exposed area but also
an AF direct top coating can be applied. As
BANNOH-500 is tar-free, it can help to maintain
a fresh color without bleeding to the top coating
film. It also does not block the anti-fouling
efficiency owing to the fact that it does not
bleed to AF. |
CLEANKEEP
5000
CLEANKEEP 5000 contains
no organic solvent, no solvent odor nor any
risk of catching fire or explosion. High build
coating by one time painting is available and
airless spray coating can be applied. As it
is free of solvent odor, it is a hygienically
recommended paint approved for fresh water
or drinking water tanks. |
CERABEST
CERABEST is effective in
preventing reverse side burn damage after welding
mounted blocks and eliminating welding strains.
It substantially reduces labor requirements
for repairing reverse side burn damage and
manpower to remove temporary scaffolding. |
CERABOND
2000
With its excellent welding
property, CERABOND 2000 is a new generation
shop primer best suited for high speed welding
and cutting. It shows long lasting anticorrosive
properties, even when heated up to 800 degree Celsius and
substantially reduces the manpower required
for secondary surface treatment or burn damage
repairs. |
EVAMARINE
Phthalic acid resin paint
Excellent in terms of color retention, weather
resistance, high gloss retention and good finished
surface without chalking for a long time. Also,
it has good oil, good water and good saltwater
resistance and shows good working properties. |
EPICON
T-500
EPICON T-500 is an epoxy
resin paint specifically developed for tanks,
with excellent resistance against a variety
of petroleum products and chemicals. In addition
to its excellent physical properties such as
impact strength and abrasion resistance, it
also excels in water, saltwater and warm water
resistance, and is best suited for product
carrier tanks, cargo oil tanks, fresh water
or drinking water tanks. |
BISCON
HB-NTL
High build epoxy resin paint
Excellent for resistance to water, seawater
and oil, BISCON HB-NTL is best suited for ship
cargo holds, cabin interiors or exteriors,
etc. Also, it can be used without any concerns,
owing to its good physical properties such
as good adhesive and abrasive strength. |
GALBON
S-HB
Self curing, alcohol soluble,
high build and inorganic zinc-rich paint. Good
workability by airless spray coating and up
to 75µm film thickness can be obtained
by one coating. In combination with organic
paints, it is widely used as a long lasting,
heavy duty paint for ship cargo tanks, ship
cargo holds, outside shells or deck areas.
It also provides excellent heat resistance
up to 400 degree Celsius. |
PERMAX
3000
PERMAX 3000 shows excellent
long-lasting anti-corrosive properties and
doesn't require maintenance for a long time.
When glass flakes are added, these become horizontally
aligned in layers in the coating film, thus
corrosive elements can hardly penetrate and
the coated film becomes tenacious to create
very long lasting, superior anti-corrosive
properties, very good adhesive and impact strength
and abrasion resistance. It is the long-term
anti-corrosive paint best suited to outside
shells and decks, etc. |
RAVAX
Chlorinated rubber paint
In addition to its inherent chemical resistance
such as good acid and alkali resistance, its
improved coating technology makes this paint
best suited for ship decks or superstructure.
As it is a solvent evaporation paint, there
is no risk of adhesion failure during long
intervals between painting. |
UNYMARINE
Polyurethane resin paint
This paint forms durable coated film with long
lasting gloss retention and good abrasion resistance.
In combination with epoxy resin paints, the
re-coating cycle time can be extended, which
means it is best suited for the top coating
of the superstructure of ships or the top side.
UNYMARINE shows especially good gloss retention
and is a best suited top coat for epoxy resin
paints. |
